ZOPXNYCDZ-07 charging pile load training device
The loading device of the charging pile, the battery charging pile load device is equipped with a martial arts detection. After connecting to a slow charging gun/fast charging gun, the display screen automatically jumps the corresponding operating mode interface; the load power size can be controlled by the display screen.
1. Functional features: (1). The load box is equipped with a display screen of no less than 7 inches, with gun insertion detection. After connecting the slow charging gun/fast charging gun, the display screen automatically jumps to the corresponding operating mode interface; it can be controlled through the display screen. Load power, with CC, CP temperature, charging voltage, charging current, charging power detection in slow charging mode, CC2, temperature, charging pile voltage, charging pile current, charging power, CAN communication status, charging voltage in fast charging mode settings, charging current setting and other functions.
(2). The load box adopts an intelligent temperature control design. When the temperature reaches 35°C, the cooling fan is intelligently turned on. When the temperature is higher than 60°C, the system is cut off. When the temperature is lower than 25°C, the fan is turned off. This ensures the service life and safety protection of the equipment. .
(3). The load box has a built-in BMS module, multi-channel relay, and single-phase meter to control and monitor the operating status of the system in real time; when the charging pile and the load equipment do not communicate and work, the load cannot be turned on and the load can be automatically turned off.
(4). During DC charging, BMS can be simulated to set the current charging voltage, charging current, and load function size.
