High -concentration organic wastewater is generally treated with lift -type anaerobic sludge reactors. Referred to as UASB bioreactor. 一、设备简介
     该设备应用 汽车手动空调系统为基础,充分展示汽车手动空调系统的构成结构和作业过程。
适用于各类学校对汽车空调系统课程理论和维修实训的教学需要。
二、功能特点
1.真实可运行的汽车手动空调系统,充分展示汽车手动空调系统的构成结构和作业过程。
2.由三相电动机做为动力源,带动空调压缩机作业。实操空调控制操作面板,可真实演示汽车手动空调系统的作业过程以及作业原理。
3.实训台操作面板应用4mm厚耐腐蚀、耐创击、耐污染、防火烧、防潮的高级铝塑板,表面经特殊工艺喷涂底漆处置整理;UV平板喷绘操作面板打印有永不褪色的彩色电子回路图与作业原理图;学员可直观对照电子回路图和实物,认知和解析汽车手动空调系统的作业原理。
4.实训台操作面板上装配备有检测端子,可直接在操作面板上检测空调系统各电子回路元件的电信号,如电阻、电压、电流、频率信号等。
5.实训台操作面板上装配备有高、低压力表,进出风口温度表,可就地实时显露空调管路压力、进出风口温度的功能数据改变。
6.实训台提供了学员练习加注制冷剂、检漏等实操作业平台。
7.设备检测操作面板正前方底座上配备有20cm的钢制台面,方便放置图纸文档实训指导书、检测仪表器具等。
8.实训台底座应用钢结构焊接,正前方/两侧焊接圆形护手杆,表面应用喷涂工艺处置整理,带自锁脚轮装置,移动灵活,安全可靠、坚固耐用。
9.机械装配与钳工装配虚拟拟真系统:本系统基于unity3d研发,可选6级画质,设定有减慢速度器、轴系结构的设计与虚拟拆卸装配、常见机械机构设计与拟真,机构资源库,经典型机械机构(汽油机发动机的虚拟拆卸装配),系统为一个整体系统,不能为一个个单独的资源。
