ZOP-101 air flotation experimental platform

The flotation experiment is to study the adhesion and rise of suspended particles with a specific gravity close to or less than 1 and bubbles.

Through this experiment, we hope to achieve the following goals:

1. Further understand and master the principle and process of *r flotation water purification method;

2. Master the determination methods of the design parameters of the flotation method, “gas-solid ratio” and “gas release volume”, as well as the operation techniques of the entire experiment.

2. M*n technical indicators and parameters:

1. Ambient temperature: 5℃～40℃

2. Processing water volume: 0.3m3/h,

3. Treatment efficiency: The removal rate of suspended matter is more than 95%.
4. Dissolved gas system: Dissolved gas pressure 0.3~0.5MPa,

5. The diameter of bubble particles is 20-30μm.

6. Gas volume ratio ≥ 3%,

7. The ratio of gas release to saturation value is greater than 0.9.

8. Reflux ratio 30%   

9. The parameters of the dissolved gas tank are: Ø100×800mm, 304 st*nless steel, working pressure 0.3-0.5Mpa (adjustable), volume 13L;

Inlet: Turbidity: 50°～100° Outlet: 5°～15°

Influent: Particle impurities: 20-80 mg/L Outfluent: 2-8 mg/L

1. Horizontal flotation tank: made of transparent plexiglass, 10mm thick, including flocculation reaction chamber, flotation reaction chamber, and mud-water separation chamber.

2. One set of motor scraping system (power 25W, speed 150rpm), one set of 304 st*nless steel stirring paddle.

3. 1 anti-corrosion water inlet pump (rated flow 0.6m3/h, head 5m, power 20W),

4. One self-priming gas-liquid mixing pump: flow rate 1m3/h, head 40m, speed 2900r/min, power 0.9KW.

5. 1 *r compressor (power supply 220V, power 550W, exhaust volume 36L/min, pressure 0.4-0.8MPa; gas volume 30L),

6. 1 set of 304 st*nless steel dissolved gas tank, Ø100×800mm, working pressure 0.3-0.5Mpa (adjustable), volume 13L;

7. 1 copper dissolved gas releaser, 1 pressure gauge and 1 safety valve.

8. One rotor flow meter (range 60-600L/H),

9. One gas flow meter (range 30~300L/h).

10. One water flow meter for the dissolved gas tank (range 100~1000L/h)

11. Dosing flow meter (range 0.25~2.5L/H),

12. One set of dosing tank with stirring device (made of plexiglass) and one small dosing pump.

14. The raw water tank is equipped with a motor stirrer and a set of 304 st*nless steel stirring paddles (power 25W, speed 150rpm),

15. 1 raw water tank and 1 clean water tank: white PP board, thickness 10mm, with a dr*n valve installed on the bottom plate to facilitate dr*ning of water.
