ZOPJX-SCD number showing car knife angle experimental device
Digital car knife angle meter, intelligent data collecting car knife angle measurement measuring instrument is equipped with smart industrial control boards, collecting data signals, 4 AD AD analog input, the communication port supports COM/RS232,458, Modbus RTU main protocol.
The intelligent turning tool goniometer is modified by our company on the basis of the turning tool goniometer. It transforms the traditional manual reading into an electronic digital display and is equipped with a high-precision angle sensor , so that the measurement accuracy is higher than that of the turning tool goniometer. Upgraded to one level, convenient, fast, simple and practical.
Product features:
1. The automatic turning tool angle measuring instrument is equipped with three high-precision sensors to facilitate and quickly measure the rake angle, rear angle, edge inclination angle, and front and rear secondary angles.
2. Equipped with high-quality 4N oxygen-free copper, anti-oxidation, imported PVC insulation, high-efficiency transmission data line.
3. The equipment itself is made of No. 45 steel, with a blackened surface, chrome plating on the dial surface, and laser printing on the surface to make it clearly visible.
4. The all-aluminum chassis has beautiful appearance, exquisite workmanship and novel shape. It is equipped with 2MM aluminum front and rear panels with oxidized brushing. The box body is spray-p*nted and equipped with heat dissipation holes on both sides to facilitate long-term operation of the equipment.
5. Equipped with an intelligent industrial control board to collect data signals, 4 AD analog inputs, and the communication port supports COM/RS232,458, MODBUS RTU master-slave protocol.
6. The 4.3-inch true color touch screen can display the values of various measurement angles in real time
. 7. It has the function of zeroing at any angle with one click.
