This experimental instrument is used to measure the involute gear and its meshing parameters, and verify the basic content in the chapter "Gear Mechanism and Its Design". It is one of the basic equipments in the mechanical principle laboratory
. Experimental project content:
1. Determination of parameters of involute spur gears.
2. Demonstration of involute gear meshing transmission and determination of coincidence degree.
3. Determination of displacement gear transmission type and meshing parameters.
M*n technical features:
1. It can not only measure the geometric parameters of a single involute gear, but also measure the meshing parameters of the meshing gear, such as coincidence degree, center distance variation coefficient, etc.
2. The tested gears include standard gears, positive displacement gears, negative displacement gears; undercut gears and non-undercut gears; standard pressure angle (α=20°) gears and small pressure angle (α=15°) gears ;Normal tooth gears and short tooth gears. Standard gear transmission, height displacement gear transmission (equal displacement), angle displacement gear transmission (unequal displacement, that is, positive transmission and negative transmission).
M*n configuration and technical parameters:
1. 6 gears to be tested, m=4mm z=35, 16, 15, 27, 23, 22 α=20°, 15°;
2. 1 supporting plate;
3. Transparent meshing 4 pieces of linear scale plates;
4. 1 vernier caliper, measuring range 0~200mm;
