I. Overview

The device is m*nly composed of a tr*ning table, a mesh board, and tr*ning components (which can also be purchased by yourself). Students make a reasonable layout of components according to the actual tr*ning circuit, and the installation and wiring are all completed by the students themselves, close to the industrial site. It can complete comprehensive practical tr*ning on machine tool circuits, motor control circuits, lighting distribution simulation operations, installation and debugging, and tr*n students' hands-on ability and practical skills. The practical tr*ning items can be determined by yourself, and the corresponding components can be selected according to the selected items. The device can also be used as assessment equipment for electrician examinations.

2. Characteristics

1. The electrical control circuit components are all installed on the mesh board, which is easy to operate, easy to replace, and easy to expand functions or develop new tr*ning projects (purchasing additional components can add corresponding tr*ning projects).

2. The operation console only needs three-phase four-wire AC power supply to be put into use. It occupies a small area, saves tr*ning space, reduces infrastructure investment, and has significant economic benefits.

3. The tr*ning platform is equipped with two sets of independent power supplies that do not interfere with each other, so two students can conduct tr*ning at the same time. One group conducts lighting circuit experiments, and the other group conducts electric mop experiments.

4. Tr*ning platform configuration

1. The public department has: It is equipped with voltage-type leakage and current-type leakage protection. The external power input is indicated by an indicator light. It is equipped with an emergency stop button. In case of emergency, press the button to cut off the m*n power supply of the tr*ning platform.

2. Each group provides two power supplies with line voltage 380V or phase voltage 220V, single-phase power socket, and line voltage input indicator.

3. Each group provides 3V, 6V, 9V, 12V, 18V, 24V, 36V low-voltage AC power supply.

4. Each group is provided with a constant current regulated power supply, voltage 0-30V, maximum current 3A, built-in relay for automatic shifting, multi-turn potentiometer for continuous adjustment, and a digital meter to indicate the current and voltage values.

5. The tr*ning table has an aluminum profile frame structure, and the desktop is made of fireproof, waterproof, wear-resistant high-density board. It has a solid structure and beautiful appearance. There is a component storage cabinet at the bottom with universal wheels.

This software is in apk format and can be used on PC or mobile. This software can set faults manually or automatically. This software can manually set fault points through the green box in the circuit diagram (you can set up to 39 fault points), you can also automatically set one random fault point, two random fault points, three random fault points, four random fault points, and five random fault points through the system. It has functions such as toolbox, component library, magnifying glass, circuit diagram, etc. You can choose a multimeter for testing through the toolbox, select appropriate components through the component library, and clearly understand each component and circuit through the magnifying glass. This software allows students to understand the working principle and circuit structure of the motor star-delta start control circuit through the setting of faults in the motor star-delta start control circuit and various investigations.

7. Virtual spectrum analyzer, logic analyzer, oscilloscope, and three-meter simulation software:

This software is in apk format and can be used on PC or mobile terminals. The functions of this software are: resistance measurement, AC voltage measurement (measuring transformer, if the multimeter burns out when measuring the transformer, black smoke will emit prompts and can reset the multimeter), determine the polarity of the transistor, measure the DC voltage (the light turns on when the ammeter is turned on), measure the DC current, and determine the quality of the capacitor. This software can drag the red and black pen tips at will. When the two pen tips are dragged and positioned on the object to be measured, a red circle will be displayed. If the positioning is not accurate, no red circle will be displayed, and when incorrect operations are performed (such as the wrong range selected, If the measured data is wrong, etc.), the meter pointer will not respond, prompting errors and re-measurement, etc. This multimeter can select AC voltage gear, DC voltage gear, resistance gear, current gear, resistance adjustment to 0, and can enlarge the display data. Clearly view the measured data size. Students can learn the correct use of multimeters through this software.
