ZOPDQ-06 Motor and Electrical Comprehensive Experimental Device

The motor electrical comprehensive experimental device and the motor electromechanical control training platform provide two intermediate relays (coil voltage 220V, working status indicated by light-emitting diodes), one time relay (power-off delay, coil voltage 220V), and two buttons.

I. Overview

Electric Motor and Electrical Technology Experimental Device" is a novel comprehensive experimental device designed by our company, which integrates the requirements of the experimental syllabus of courses such as "Electric Motor", "Electric Motor and Driving", "Controlled Micromotor", "Electric Motor Control", "Relay Contact Control", and "Factory Electrical Control" in colleges and universities in China. It is particularly suitable for the renovation of existing electric motor and electrical technology experimental equipment in colleges and universities. It also provides ideal experimental equipment for the construction or expansion of laboratories in secondary specialized schools, vocational and technical colleges , and the rapid opening of experimental courses, and provides good experimental conditions for teachers or graduate students to develop new experiments or conduct scientific research.
2. Features
1. Strong comprehensiveness This device integrates all experimental projects of electric motor and electrical courses in various colleges and universities in China.
2. Strong adaptability can meet the experimental teaching of corresponding courses in various schools. The depth and breadth of the experiment can be flexibly adjusted according to needs, and popularization and improvement can be organically combined according to the progress of teaching. The device adopts a component structure, which is easy to replace. If you need to expand functions or develop new experiments, you only need to add components, and it will never be eliminated.

V. Introduction to device configuration

1. DQ01B power control panel (iron spray-coated structure, aluminum panel)
(1) AC power supply

It provides three-phase 0-450V adjustable AC power supply, and can also obt*n single-phase 0-250V adjustable power supply (equipped with a three-phase axial linkage auto-coupling voltage regulator (specification 1.5KVA, 0-450V), which overcomes many shortcomings of three single-phase voltage regulators with ch*n structure or gear structure). The adjustable AC power supply output is equipped with overcurrent protection technology, which can automatically protect ag*nst phase-to-phase, line-to-line overcurrent and direct short circuit. It is equipped with three pointer-type AC voltmeters, which indicate the three-phase grid voltage and three-phase regulated voltage through switching switches.
(2) Two high-voltage DC power supplies

It provides a set of 220V (0.5A) excitation power supply and 0~250V (3A) continuously adjustable voltage-stabilized armature power supply (with internal overcurrent and soft cut-off automatic recovery protection functions), and is equipped with a DC digital voltmeter and a switching switch.
(3) Five systems for personal safety protection

A three-phase isolation transformer is provided (the three-phase power supply passes through the key switch and contactor, then to the isolation transformer, and then to the three-phase voltage regulator for output), so that the output is isolated from the power grid, which plays a cert*n protective role for personal safety;

Equipped with a current type leakage protector, if the control panel has leakage, the leakage current exceeds a cert*n value, the power supply will be cut off. The strong current connection wire and socket adopt a fully enclosed structure, which is safe, reliable and prevents electric shock.

A voltage-type leakage protector is provided. If leakage occurs during the experiment, the power supply will be cut off.

(4) Instrument protection system

There are multiple signal sockets connected to the instruments. When the instrument exceeds the range, an alarm will be sounded, which provides good protection for the instrument.
(5) Timer and alarm recorder (service manager): It has the functions of setting time, alarming when the time comes, cutting off power and recording the number of various alarms.
(6) There are two steel pipes in the large groove on the front of the control panel to hang instruments and experimental components. There are multiple small round single-phase three-core 220V power sockets at the bottom of the groove to supply power to instruments and other components. There are three-pole 220V power sockets and three-phase four-pole 380V power sockets on both sides of the control panel. There is a 220V, 40W fluorescent lamp for lighting

. 2. DQ02 experimental table

The experimental table is made of iron double-layer matte dense spray-coated structure. The desktop is fireproof, waterproof, wear-resistant high-density board. It has a solid structure and is shaped like a closed rectangular structure with beautiful shape. It has two large drawers and cabinet doors for placing tools, hanging accessories and materials. The desktop is used to install the power control panel and provide a spacious and comfortable work surface. The experimental table is also equipped with four universal wheels and four fixed adjustment mechanisms , which are easy to move and fix, and are conducive to the layout of the laboratory.

3. DQ03-1 fixed motor guide r*l, 4 photoelectric encoder speed measurement system and intelligent digital display tachometer

Including the speed measurement system and the guide r*ls for fixing the motor, etc. The guide r*ls have good flatness, no stress deformation, fine processing, good concentricity, good interchangeability, and can ensure that the concentricity between the motor and the motor, and between the motor and the dynamometer does not exceed ±5 wires, the motor runs with low noise, and the experimental parameters are typical, which can better meet the experimental requirements.

4. DQ05 three-phase group transformer

It consists of three identical single-phase transformers, with a primary side of 220V/0.35A and a secondary side of 55V/1.4A.

5. DQ06 three-phase core transformer

The three-phase three-winding transformer with three-column core structure has three windings, high voltage, medium voltage and low voltage, installed on each core column, with rated values of 220V/0.4A, 63.6V/0.8A and 55V/1.6A respectively.

6. DQ07 DC compound generator (Un=DC200V, IN=0.5A, PN=100W, n=1600RPM, insulation class E).

11. GDQ12 wire-wound asynchronous motor starting and speed regulating resistor box

Provide a set of rotor starting and speed regulating resistors for three-phase winding asynchronous motors with five gears of 0, 2, 5, 15 and 35 and coaxial joint adjustment.

12. DQ14 three-phase synchronous motor

When used as a motor, it is 220V/Y, 0.35A, 90W, and 1500r/min. When used as a generator, it is 220V/Y, 0.45A, 170W, and 1500r/min.

13. DQ19 calibration DC dynamometer (220V, 2.2A, 355W, 1500r/min)

It can be used as both a motor and a dynamometer. When used as a motor, it can be used as the prime mover of a generator, or used to drag a motor to complete four-quadrant testing. When used as a dynamometer, due to the special design of the motor, its capacity is 2 to 3 times that of the motor being tested, and it is calibrated by precision instruments, so it can well complete the test of the loaded output torque of the motor being tested.

14. DQ20 three-phase squirrel cage motor (△220V) (for "relay contact control" experiment)

One DC digital voltmeter, designed with ICL's high-performance AD converter and high-speed MPU unit, realizes the human-computer dialogue function control mode through keying and digital display window. It has automatic and manual ranges, and the measurement range is 0-300V. The manual range is: 2V, 20V, 300V. The measurement accuracy is 0.5 level. It has data storage and query functions. It has over-range alarm, indication and other functions.
One DC digital milliampere meter, designed with ICL's high-performance AD converter and high-speed MPU unit, realizes the human-computer dialogue function control mode through keying and digital display window. It has automatic and manual ranges, and the measurement range is: 0-2000mA. The manual range is: 20mA, 200mA, 2000mA. The measurement accuracy is 0.5 level. It has data storage and query functions. It has over-range alarm, indication and other functions.
One DC digital display ammeter, measuring range 0~5A, three-and-a-half-digit digital display, accuracy of 0.5 level, with short-circuit protection function.
16. DQ25 single-phase three-phase intelligent power and power factor meter
Designed by 24-bit dedicated DSP, 16-bit high-precision AD converter and high-speed MPU unit, it realizes the human-computer dialogue function control mode through key control and digital display window. The software adopts RTOS design ideas, and is equipped with PC monitoring software to enhance the analysis ability. It can measure two single-phase power P1 and P2 at the same time, and the three-phase power is equal to the sum of the two power (two-meter method measures the total power of three phases). The power measurement accuracy is 1.0 level, the power factor measurement range is 0.3-1.0, the voltage and current range is 450V and 5A, and it can automatically identify the nature of the load (inductive display "L", capacitive display "C", pure resistance is not displayed), and can store measurement data for reference at any time.

19. DQ28 three-phase adjustable reactor

Each phase consists of a 127V/0.5A fixed inductor and a 0~250V auto-voltage regulator. It can be used as a fixed inductor and adjustable inductor, or as an auto-voltage regulator.

20. DQ29 adjustable resistors and capacitors
Provide one set of 90Ω×2/1.3A and 900Ω×2/0.41A ceramic disc resistors, one set of 35μF/450V and one set of 4μF/450V power capacitors.
21. DQ31 waveform test and switch board
Consists of waveform test part and two three-pole double-throw switches and one double-pole double-throw switch.
22. DQ32 rotating lamp, grid-connected switch, synchronous machine excitation power supply Consists of
three sets of phase lamps for grid connection <two yellow, green and red>, one set of grid-connected switch and one set of synchronous machine excitation power supply <5~40V/2.5A adjustable>.

23. DQ44 digital/analog AC ammeter

It consists of three digital AC ammeters and one pointer-type precision AC ammeter. The measuring range is 0-5A, the measuring range is automatically judged and switched, the accuracy is 0.5, and the four-digit digital display is used. One pointer-type precision AC ammeter adopts a mirrored, double-scale (red and black) meter head (different measuring ranges read the corresponding scale lines), the measuring range is 0-5A, and it is divided into four gears of 0.3A, 1A, 3A, and 5A, the accuracy is 1.0, the direct key switch is switched, and it is equipped with over-range indication, alarm and other functions.
24. DQ45 digital/analog AC voltmeter

It consists of three digital AC voltmeters and one pointer-type precision AC current meter. The measuring range is 0-450V, the measuring range is automatically judged and switched, the accuracy is 0.5, and the four-digit digital display is used. One pointer-type precision AC voltmeter adopts a mirrored, double-scale (red and black) meter head (different measuring ranges read the corresponding scale lines), the measuring range is 0-500V, and it is divided into five gears of 10V, 30V, 100V, 300V, and 500V, the accuracy is 1.0, the direct key switch is switched, and it is equipped with over-range indication, alarm and other functions.

25. DQ39 relay contact control (I)

Provide three AC contactors (coil voltage 220V), one thermal relay, one electronic time relay (power-on delay, working voltage 220V), one set of transformer (220V/26V/6.3V), rectifier circuit, energy-consuming brake resistor (10Ω/25W), three lighted buttons (one yellow, one green, one red). The panel is p*nted with the appearance of the device, and the working terminals of each device are connected to the panel for experimental wiring. The working status of the device is indicated by the light-emitting diode. The panel is equipped with a rocker structure.

26. DQ39-1 relay contact control (II) 

Provide two intermediate relays (coil voltage 220V), one thermal relay, three fuses, three transfer switches, one button, four travel switches, one signal lamp and one fuse holder. The working terminals of each device have been connected to the panel for experimental wiring. The working status of the intermediate relay and thermal relay is indicated by a light-emitting diode.
27. DQ39-2 Relay contact control (III)

Provide two intermediate relays (coil voltage 220V, working status indicated by LED), one time relay (power-off delay, coil voltage 220V), and two buttons. The working terminals of each device are connected to the panel for experimental wiring.

28. Three-meter simulation software: This software is in apk format and can be used on PC or mobile. The functions of this software include: resistance measurement, AC voltage measurement (measuring transformers, if the transformer burns out the multimeter, black smoke will be emitted and the multimeter can be reset), transistor polarity judgment, DC voltage measurement (the light will be on when the ammeter is turned on), DC current measurement, and judgment of the quality of capacitors. This software can drag the red and black pen heads at will. When the two pen heads are dragged to the measured object for positioning, a red circle will be displayed. If the positioning is not accurate, no red circle will be displayed. When an incorrect operation is performed (such as the selected range is wrong, the measured data is wrong, etc.), the instrument pointer will not respond, prompting an error to re-measure, etc. This multimeter can select AC voltage, DC voltage, resistance, current, resistance adjustment 0, and can enlarge the displayed data, so that the size of the measured data can be clearly viewed. Students can learn the correct use of multimeters through this software.

29. Teacher teaching design system: This system is in apk format and can be used on PC or mobile. This system can set faults manually or automatically. This system can select manual setting of fault points through the green box in the circuit diagram (up to 39 fault points can be set), or the system can automatically set one fault point at random, two fault points at random, three fault points at random, four fault points at random, and five fault points at random. This system has toolbox, component library, magnifying glass, circuit diagram and other functions. You can select a multimeter for detection through the toolbox, select appropriate components through the component library, and clearly understand each component and circuit through the magnifying glass. This system sets the fault of the motor star-delta starting control circuit and, after various investigations, allows students to understand the working principle and circuit structure of the motor star-delta starting control circuit.

Provide 1 set of Mitsubishi FR-A840-1.5K-CHT variable frequency speed control system.
32. Experimental connection wires and accessories

It adopts a high-reliability sheath structure pistol plug connecting wire (there is no possibility of electric shock). The inside is made of oxygen-free copper wire drawn into a multi-strand wire as thin as a h*r to achieve the purpose of ultra-softness. It is covered with a nitrile polyvinyl chloride insulation layer. It has the advantages of softness, high voltage resistance, high strength, anti-hardening, and good toughness. The plug adopts a solid copper part with a beryllium light copper shrapnel, which has excellent contact.
