1. Tr*ning workbench

The workbench is required to adopt a double-station structure design, with an industrial aluminum alloy frame and two layers. The first layer can be used to place m*ntenance tools, kits, and instruments; the second layer can be used to place monitors, with a 30W fluorescent lamp and a fan on the top. The tr*ning table has a drawer, two keyboard trays, two host cabinets, and four universal wheels with brakes at the bottom.

The power control panel is made of iron double-layer matte dense-gr*ned plastic-sprayed structure and aluminum panel. It m*nly provides 16-way AC power socket interface, leakage protector, power supply indicator, and can provide working power for various instruments and equipment.

4. Computer fault diagnostic device: It has the functions of host fault diagnosis (PCI interface), VGA signal generation, keyboard detection, audio signal generation, computer network cable interface detection, DC power adapter detection, computer host leakage detection, etc.

5. PCI-E motherboard detection card: automatically identify the interface type. Support multiple buses: PCI, PCI_E, miniPCI_E, LPC.

This software is in apk format and can be used on PC or mobile. The functions of this software include: resistance measurement, AC voltage measurement (measuring transformers, if the transformer burns out the multimeter, black smoke will be emitted and the multimeter can be reset), transistor polarity judgment, DC voltage measurement (the light is on when the ammeter is turned on), DC current measurement, and judgment of the quality of capacitors. This software can drag the red and black pen heads at will. When the two pen heads are dragged to the measured object for positioning, a red circle will be displayed. If the positioning is not accurate, no red circle will be displayed. When an incorrect operation is performed (such as the selected range is wrong, the measured data is wrong, etc.), the instrument pointer will not respond, prompting an error to re-measure, etc. This multimeter can select AC voltage, DC voltage, resistance, current, resistance adjustment 0, and can enlarge the display data, so that the size of the measured data can be clearly viewed. Students can learn the correct use of the multimeter through this software. Based on unity3d design, users can choose different sizes of interactive interfaces according to the computer configuration, and can choose six levels of image quality. There are 4 types of cylindrical gear shaft system components, 4 types of bevel gear shaft system components, and 6 types of worm shaft system components for installation, disassembly, assembly, component measurement (divided into shaft measurement and base measurement), assessment, etc. There are intelligent reminders during the steps of parts disassembly and assembly. Students manually select the corresponding parts and move them to the shaft system structure. Only when the parts are selected in the correct order can they be installed. The models in the software are all 3D models, made by 3Dmax, and rendered and polished to make the models look the same as real parts. There are non-standard parts library (8 parts), standard parts library (12 parts), and measuring tool library (steel ruler, vernier caliper) for disassembly and assembly selection. The software is equipped with electronic experimental assessment questions and instructions that integrate the purpose, steps, requirements, etc. of the experiment. When using the assessment function, questions are asked for students to answer. When students finish answering the questions, the assessment scores are given. There are 12 questions in total, and each question is set to 8 points (one of which is a multiple-choice question, accounting for 12 points). Only when the answer is selected can the next question be carried out. The software must be able to rotate, zoom in, and zoom out in all directions to view its det*ls. The software must be a whole platform and must not be presented as separate resources.
